Officers made a consensual encounter with Kenneth. Kenneth stated he was waiting to go to a rehab with a friend. Officer Kyotikki said to Kenneth, you don't need anymore crack pipes then if you are going to rehab. At this time Kenneth pulled out a glass pipe with burnt edges from his left pocket and handed it to Officer Kyotikki saying that he does not need this last pipe. I now this pipe to be used to smoke crack cocaine through my training, knowledge and experience.
