On March 4th, 2024, officers in Florida responded to a call about a physical fight in progress between family members. Upon arrival, they encountered two sisters who were visibly intoxicated. The investigation revealed that the fight started over a disagreement about wanting more wine. The caller was a visibly distraught child who confirmed that his mother and aunt were fighting. The officers spoke with the sisters and began investigating the incident, learning that the altercation had turned physical when one sister aggressively shoved the other and took her phone. As the investigation progressed, it was determined that the primary aggressor should be arrested. When officers attempted to take her into custody, she resisted officers, twisting her body and using the wall for leverage. The officers struggled to handcuff her as she continued to pull her arms in and resist arrest. During the altercation, she pushed against an officer’s shin and attempted to break free. The officers eventually managed to place her in handcuffs after redirecting her to the ground, though she continued to scream and resist. After being restrained, the suspect complained of a nosebleed and began kicking one of the officers. Additional assistance arrived, and the suspect was eventually escorted to a patrol vehicle. She was searched, and no contraband was found. EMS was called due to her nosebleed, but she refused further medical treatment. The suspect was transported to the County Jail for further processing. The suspect was charged with Domestic Battery, Resisting Arrest with Violence, and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer. #police #bodycam #cops ~~~ ** Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
