Tampa Airport police respond after a woman forces her way onto a plane she has already been denied boarding for. She is observed intoxicated, gets in the face of the captain and first officer, and refuses to deplane voluntarily. Officers cannot board without a supervisor. When the supervisor arrives he gives her every opportunity to walk off with her bag on her own terms. She eventually complies but the exit takes considerably longer than it needs to. In transport she records badge numbers, threatens lawsuits, and refuses to exit the vehicle unless asked by an officer who did not drive her. She is charged with disorderly intoxication. This video examines the pilot in command's authority under federal aviation regulations and why a paid boarding pass does not override it, Florida's disorderly intoxication statute and how this conduct satisfies it, and why the deboarding of a plane full of passengers is the legal consequence the passenger created rather than the airline. Nothing in this video is legal advice. We are not practising attorneys. All commentary is for education, awareness, and accountability. Channel. Proof On Record.
