Bonito eventually admits to grabbing and shaking the infant, leading to his arrest on murder and child endangerment charges. Court records show Joseph Bonito later pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and two counts of felonious assault, receiving a sentence of 25 to 31.5 years in prison.
