The subject refuses to comply, argues with officers, and repeatedly declines lawful orders to place his hands behind his back. As officers attempt to take him into custody, the situation escalates into a foot pursuit through a nearby neighborhood. After continued resistance, officers deploy a taser and are able to safely detain the individual without further injury. The man, later identified as Douglas Rama Jr., was initially charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest without violence. However, following extended legal proceedings and court-ordered mental health evaluations, the court ruled that he was not competent to stand trial. On September 13, 2024, all charges were dismissed and the case was officially closed.
