We obtained body worn camera footage of a drunk driver passed out at the wheel. Albuquerque Police Officers were able to get the woman out of the car. Isabel Quintero was driving and drove into a few vehicles before coming to a stop on an on ramp. It took nearly 5 hours to get her cleared to be booked into the jail. She was booked on aggravated DWI, reckless driving, open container, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of an altered license. All charges were dismissed because the arresting officer did not show up for court. The featured content is NOT intended to be violent or glorify violence in any way.
