On December 26th, 2024, Officers were dispatched to a local Motel after receiving reports of an assault. Latoya Brooks, a woman who's had her fair share of run-ins with the law, apparently assaulted the motel clerk with a metal pipe after getting kicked out for not paying her rent on time. When Officers arrive it seems she had taken off until they see a dark figure emerge from the motel stairway.
