A routine traffic stop escalates when a driver refuses to comply with repeated instructions from a deputy. When asked to roll down her window, she declines and instead states she will drive to a nearby Racetrac parking lot — despite being told she will not. The driver pulls away and parks at the Racetrac, prompting additional deputies to respond. Even after multiple warnings, she continues to refuse to exit the vehicle. Deputies advise her that the window will be broken if she does not comply. After repeated verbal commands and warnings, deputies break the window and remove her from the vehicle. A subsequent search of the car results in the discovery of fentanyl and oxycodone.
