The caller reported that her friend had been struck by a female driver, who then began chasing the caller around a parking lot. When officers arrived, they found the caller in visible distress and panic, clearly shaken by the encounter. *NOTE:* At MrFamous Bodycam, we provide exclusive, unfiltered footage of real incidents captured on police bodycams.
