On June 2, 2023, a man driving home from the Leather Stallion Saloon in Cleveland, drive over a raised sidewalk, destroying his oil pan and severely damaging his car. When the police arrived, he admitted to consuming 3 or 4 drinks ("I don't drink beer"). He was arrested and transported to the university police station, where he blew a 0.179% BAC during the evidentiary breath test.
