🚨 102 MPH Chrysler 200 Fleeing & Multi‑Vehicle Crash — St. Charles, Missouri (March 12, 2024) A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper clocked a white Chrysler 200 at 102 mph on eastbound I‑70 near Fifth Street. When the trooper activated emergency lights to initiate a stop, the driver — Rudolph Churchman — accelerated, changed lanes, and immediately caused a multi‑vehicle crash.
