The Norton Police (Ohio) were dispatched to a pet store where a gentleman had walked in, cursing and harassing customers. The subject claimed that the store was inhumane and did not treat the animals properly. Once on scene, the officer gathered information on the subject involved in the altercation. Another officer went to the subject's home and, upon arriving, recognized him. That officer had just given the man a speeding ticket 10 minutes before the call about him entering the pet store and harassing people. In addition to the speeding ticket, the man also received a summons for disorderly conduct. ⚠️Note: Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All persons featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
