On June 7, 2018, Rachael Elizabeth Tyler — a 34-year-old server at the Twin Peaks restaurant on SW 3rd Street in Oklahoma City — was arrested and charged with one felony count of unlawful use of a computer after a manager reviewing surveillance footage spotted her taking customer credit cards and swiping them on a device hidden in the pocket of her pants during her very first shift back at the restaurant. Tyler had previously worked at the same Twin Peaks location, quit, and been rehired just days before the arrest. ––– Disclaimer: This video is a dramatization based on real events.
