On February 1, 2023, in Marshfield, Wisconsin, officers were alerted to be vigilant for a white sedan potentially driven by a man with an active felony warrant. While on duty, an officer spotted a vehicle matching the description and commenced following it. However, the driver of the vehicle accelerated and proceeded to run a stop sign, prompting a pursuit to be initiated. Turns out, he wasn't the guy police were looking for.
