A concerned citizen called 911 after observing a vehicle swerving across the roadway and driving in a manner consistent with a suspected drunk driver. Officers quickly responded to the area and located the vehicle parked at a local convenience store before the driver could continue endangering others. The driver, later identified as a nursing home caretaker, displayed numerous signs of impairment during the investigation. Throughout the encounter, she repeatedly argued with officers, acted as though she knew the law better than the officers conducting the investigation, and refused to take responsibility for her actions.
