A visit to a McDonald’s turned chaotic when one customer decided she was in charge. Instead of letting employees resolve a minor issue, she escalated the situation, demanding her money back and refusing to back down. As the argument grew louder, an off-duty officer who was about to enter the drive-thru overheard the commotion and stepped in. What started as fast-food frustration quickly shifted into an unexpected police encounter. The footage on Watch cop cam have been obtained directly from the respective Police Departments.
