This bizarre and dramatic encounter unfolded after a man began kicking and pounding on a police station door, apparently thinking it was the entrance to his building. Officers came out to stop the disturbance, and he tried to push past them. When they stopped him, a brief struggle broke out during which the man’s brother attempted to “rescue” him, but instead struck an officer in the process.
