On December 25, 2022, at approximately 4:20 PM, Nathaniel E. Powell (48 years old) was arrested at CVS – 187 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ 07041 for shoplifting under N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11B(2). He was charged with purposely concealing merchandise without paying. The arrest was made by Police Officer Michael Matos (Badge #562). Powell, an unemployed divorced adult, resides at 208 Wainwright St, Newark, NJ 07112. Later the same day at 5:20 PM, Danielle L. Sadowski (39 years old) was arrested at the same location for possession of narcotics (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10A(1)) and possession of drug paraphernalia (N.J.S.A. 2C:36-2). She was also apprehended by Officer Matos. Sadowski, also unemployed and divorced, lives at 208 Wainwright Street, Apt 203, Newark, NJ 07112. Both arrests were part of the same incident (Case #1-2022-026354) and were approved by Lieutenant Andrew Delrusso (Badge #657).
