Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 1:55 a.m. on August 17, 2021, Tampa Police Officer Gregory Barlaug spotted a red 2011 Jeep swerving. It sped more than 10 mph over the limit. The driver turned wildly. He flipped on his lights for a stop. She pulled over near Armenia Avenue North and Green Street West. He approached and met Layla Bertoune. While talking, he saw signs of impairment. He smelled alcohol too. She said she headed home. Later, she admitted drinking that night. He asked her out of the car for sobriety tests. First came the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Next, the Walk and Turn. She missed heel-to-toe steps. Last was the One Leg Stand. She failed to lift her foot right. Her bad driving, impairment clues, alcohol admission, and poor test results led to arrest for DUI. After cuffs, her friend yelled at officers then left. Officer Barlaug took her to Orient Road Jail. She took a breath test. Results hit 0.133 and 0.137, above 0.08. They charged her with DUI under 316.193. She got out for court later. 3:04 Driving with her high beams on full time?
