Palm Beach County, Florida – On March 14, 2025, deputies responded to a parking lot in reference to a female defecating and littering the ground. Upon arrival, they observed the female in the driver seat of her vehicle with feces and toilet paper in multiple spots around her vehicle. Deputies made contact with the female who immediately started yelling and making strange accusations. She refused to identify herself. While trying to look up her information, the female rolled up her window and began screaming and refused to continue talking with police on scene, blaring her horn instead. At this point police believed the female was a harm to herself and needed to be transported to the hospital to mentally evaluated. Deputies surrounded her vehicle with patrol cars and gave multiple verbal commands on the intercom to get her out of her vehicle. She continued to refuse. Deputies deployed pepper balls around her driver window and windshield in an attempt to get her to exit. She eventually exited the vehicle and was arrested for aggravated assault weapon without intent and resist with violence because she used her vehicle to ram into the patrol vehicle behind her. The case was ultimately dropped by prosecution with a no file. This police body camera footage documents the officers' response, investigation, escalating encounter, and subsequent arrest.
