Subscribe for weekly exclusive raw police videos 🚨 Police Report: “On 03/26/2022, I, Deputy Bergman, was conducting a patrol. I parked my agency issued patrol vehicle in the Checkers’ parking lot, when I heard the sound of a small gas powered engine traveling with high RPMs. Shortly thereafter, I observed a man operating a gray in color gas powered motorcycle, at a visually estimated speed of 35MPH. I activated my emergency overhead lights, and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the motorized bicycle, however the driver looked back towards me, and raised his hands in the air with a gesture, then continued driving away. I maneuvered my patrol vehicle alongside the said individual, and yelled for him to stop, as I was conducting a traffic stop on him for operating a gas powered bicycle upon a public roadway. The driver eventually stopped, and I identified him as Chance by his FL driver’s license. Chance immediately began to argue with me as he stated it is legal to operate a motorized bicycle, and refused to provide his ID. I explained that he had to provide his license, and he did shortly after. Prior to him handing me his license, he stated he was suspended for not paying previous citations. I conducted a query of his driver’s license status, and Chance is currently suspended for failing to pay two citations in the year of 2021. It should be noted, Chance’s vehicle which he was operating, is a 50cc gas powered bicycle, which requires a valid class E operator's license. Following my query of his driver’s license status, I issued a citation for knowingly DWLSR. Upon explaining to Chance the citation, he stated, and I quote, ‘You can suck my dick bro”. I then asked if he was refusing to sign the citation to which he refused. At this time, I gave Chance a lawful command to place his hands behind his back, as he was being placed under arrest. Chance immediately lifted his hands, and began to walk away from me stating “no”. At this time, I attempted to grab his wrist in an attempt to secure him, however he physically pulled away from Deputy Stamps and I, as we were securing him in handcuffs. After a brief struggle, Chance was eventually placed in handcuffs, and secured in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. No further incident took place. Chance was placed under arrest for knowingly DWSLR (driving with license suspended/revoked), refusal to sign a criminal citation, and resisting without violence. Chance was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility, where he was booked on his charges. Rogers’ Towing responded and took possession of his bicycle. A verbal warning was issued for operating a gas powered bicycle upon a public roadway.” intro: (0:00) Contact: (0:20) Arrest: (4:00) Outcome: (7:15)
