Solon, Ohio -- The Cleveland Metropolitans School District's (CMSD) Head of Security was arrested for OVI following a traffic stop. After noticing that this vehicle nearly took out a speed limit sign, a traffic stop was initiated. Police went up to the vehicle where later the man flashed a badge. After conducting SFSTs he was determined to be under the influence. Upon arriving to the station he refused any breath tests. The man, later identified as Dennis Hill, was arrested for the following: - OVI - OVI (breath test) refusal with a prior less than 20 years ago - Driving in marked lanes He has plead not guilty. Hill was previously arrested in 2018 for OVI where he was serving as Deputy Chief of Security.
