What started as a simple traffic stop quickly escalated into a multi-agency situation. Officers initially attempted to stop Harris near Markham & Executive Center due to an improperly displayed license plate and failure to signal a turn. Instead of pulling over, Harris continued driving until suddenly stopping at Markham & Ellis. As officers approached, he became visibly irate, accusing them of harassment—and then sped away from the stop. The incident was immediately broadcasted, and Arkansas State Police were notified. Although Harris continued driving at the posted speed limit, officers noted that the car was in terrible condition and pumping out massive clouds of smoke. That smoke trail led officers straight to him on Rodney Parham. He was located at a local SONIC Drive- In. He faces multiple charges including: Improper License Plate Display Driving on Suspended License Fleeing Possession of Controlled Substance (Schedule VI) Operating an Unsafe Vehicle Failure to Wear Seatbelt Failure to Signal Turn Resisting Arrest #PoliceActivity #Arkansas #TrafficStop #ArkansasStatePolice #NLR #LittleRock #Fleeing #ResistingArrest #LawEnforcement #BreakingNews #CentralArkansasCams #RealRawRightHere #FailToComply #ArkansasNews #HoodNews #ViralVideo #Dashcam #Bodycam
