A hit-and-run crash was reported in La Crosse after a SUV pulled into traffic without yielding, striking another vehicle and sending it spinning. The SUV fled toward downtown, running a red light before being located by officers with heavy front-end damage. During the investigation, the driver struggled to do field sobriety tests.
