🫣 On September 15, 2025, officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. When police arrived, they spoke with the mother who reported that her son had become violent during an argument. According to the report, the son allegedly kicked his mother in the back, leaving a visible injury. The mother told officers that her son suffered from a mental illness at the time of the incident. Officers placed the son under arrest for Domestic Battery 2nd Degree due to the injury and’ mom's age. ⚠️ Viewer discretion is advised. All parties are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. POLICE REPORT: On September 15th 2025 at approximately 11:38am, I was dispatched to a domestic disturbance. When I arrived I spoke with ****. **** said her son, **** , began yelling at her about never helping him out. **** said she told **** she did everything the doctor asked, and **** said **** should feel bad for killing him. **** said **** charged at her and then kicked her in the back. On the left side of **** back was a red mark that was tender to the touch. Pictures were taken and will be attached to the report. **** said **** does have Bipolar disorder and some psychiatric issues, and he was off his medication. **** does not believe his issues cause him to not know the consequences of his actions. **** told officers that **** was in his room. Officers made contact with **** in his room. **** denied the disturbance getting physical. **** said it was just simply a verbal argument. **** claimed he is currently off his medication and needed assistance getting back on them. **** was then placed in hand restraints. **** person was searched and placed in the rear of my patrol unit. **** was transported and charged with Domestic Battery 2nd degree due to the physical injury and the age of **** . I conducted a Domestic Violence Lethality Screening on **** and she did screen in according to protocol. **** filled out a witness statement and it will be attached to the report. **** said that **** has an issue with acting on impulse. **** said she does have fire arms in the house, but they were put up so Miller could not have access to them. **** was told that **** admitted to officers he had two firearms in his room. **** gave us permission to get the firearms and bring them to her. The firearm were found and brought to **** to put up. The firearms both had a round in the chamber. The firearms were broken down and left in the possession of ****.
