Jankowski #57 responded to Applejacks Bar at 60 Carr Avenue regarding an intoxicated male, later identified as Frankie Terracciano Jr., who was harassing and threatening bartenders. Upon arrival, Ptl. Jankowski observed Terracciano Jr. on the back patio and instructed him to leave due to his intoxication. Terracciano Jr. refused, claiming he was providing business to the bar, and then demanded his car keys, which had been confiscated for his safety. Despite being offered a ride, Terracciano Jr. gathered his belongings and attempted to leave without providing identification. After multiple warnings, Terracciano Jr. was informed he was under arrest. When Ptl. Jankowski attempted to gain control of Terracciano Jr., he resisted, pulling away and tensing his arms, leading to a struggle where both fell to the ground. Ptl. Jankowski was able to handcuff Terracciano Jr.'s left wrist, and Sgt. VonBargen #44 arrived to assist in securing his right wrist. Terracciano Jr. was then transported to Keansburg HQ and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction on Keansburg summons #1321-S-2024-000294, with a court date of November 14, 2024, at 8:30 AM.
