Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Around 9:42 PM on May 4, 2025, Vineland Police Officers Xavier Riley and Bobby Watford went to a park at 1582 Neptune Terrace. Someone had reported people knocking over garbage cans with a baseball bat. When officers arrived around 1:04 AM, a woman driving a 2011 Nissan tried to leave, but they stopped her. She was identified as 20-year-old Kaylis Sadler. While speaking with Sadler, officers saw that her eyes were bloodshot and noticed other possible signs of impairment. Officer Lowe also saw that a nearby portable toilet appeared to have been knocked over and then set upright again. Sadler later said she had smoked earlier that night. After Officer Jason Judice arrived, officers asked her to leave the vehicle and complete field sobriety tests. Sadler first took the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test, followed by the Walk and Turn test. During the Walk and Turn, she failed to touch heel-to-toe on each step and made an improper turn. She also failed to follow instructions during the One Leg Stand test. Based on witness statements, the smell of alcohol, Sadler's admission that she had smoked, and her test performance, officers arrested her for DWI. A search of the Nissan found an open container of Bacardi. The vehicle was impounded for 12 hours under John's Law, and Officer Riley took Sadler to the Vineland Police Department for processing. Sadler was later taken to the Franklin Township Police Department for an Alcotest. The test showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.11%. After providing breath samples, she returned to the Vineland Police Department. Once processing was complete, she was released to a sober adult after signing the Potential Liability Warning form on her behalf. Officer Riley issued Sadler four traffic tickets: Operating under the influence (39:4-50) Operating under the influence underage (39:4-50.14) Reckless driving (39:4-96) Open container (39:4-51B) Court records show that Sadler pleaded guilty to operating under the influence in Vineland City Municipal Court on July 2, 2025. She was ordered to use an ignition interlock device for seven months, spend 12 hours at an intoxicated driver resource center, and pay $690 in fines.
