On September 24th, 2023, a deputy was called to a residence where a woman, previously in a relationship with the homeowner's son, refused to stop knocking on the door despite being asked to leave. The homeowner did not wish to press charges but wanted her removed for safety reasons. The woman, uncooperative with law enforcement, refused to identify herself and was warned she was trespassing. After several warnings, she agreed to leave and was trespassed from the property. Shortly after, she was observed driving recklessly, failing to stop at a sign and resisting police commands during a subsequent traffic stop. This led to her arrest and additional charges including possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, and traffic violations. She posted bond and pleaded not guilty, with her case still pending.
