📍 Location: Miami, Florida 📅 Incident Date: March 21, 2023 A Frontier flight from Miami to Philadelphia was delayed after Simone became upset when another passenger touched her Louis Vuitton bag. After arguing with passengers and crew members, she refused repeated requests to leave the aircraft, forcing the airline to deplane every single passenger before police could remove her. The confrontation continued in the jetway, where Simone resisted arrest, kicked and tried to bite officers, and later damaged a police cruiser. She was arrested on eight counts with a total bond of $20,000. Prosecutors ultimately pursued felony battery on a law enforcement officer, felony resisting with violence, trespassing, and criminal mischief. Simone later successfully completed a pretrial diversion program, and all four remaining charges were dismissed. ⏱️ CHAPTERS 00:00 Open 01:22 Officers arrive on jetway 01:37 Suspect deplanes 01:50 Suspect detained 04:14 Contract of carriage explained 05:56 Suspect resisting arrest 08:35 Transport to jail 10:32 Charges and consequences 11:41 Previous video ☕ SUPPORT BODY CAM BUREAU https://buymeacoffee.com/bodycambureau 📺 FOLLOW BODY CAM BUREAU YouTube: https://youtube.com/@BodyCamBureauMedia BodyCam Binge: https://youtube.com/@BodycamBinge Facebook: https://facebook.com/BodyCamBureau X: https://x.com/bodycambur 📄 PUBLIC RECORDS DISCLOSURE The police body camera footage and related records featured in this video were obtained through public records requests. 🤖 AI DISCLOSURE AI is used only for voiceover and thumbnails.
