*16:40-Trooper Byrd JOKINGLY asks the suspect if he's pregnant, during a medical questionnaire.* On March 28, 2026, approximately 9:02PM, I (TFC. Byrd) was sitting stationary on Interstate 30 westbound near the 115-milemarker running stationary radar. While observing traffic traveling westbound, I observed a vehicle traveling in the inside lane that appeared to be speeding. This vehicle passed all other vehicles as they approached my location and I activated my rear facing radar. I received a reading of88-mph in a 70-mph speed zone. As the vehicle passed me, I was able to identify it as a dark colored Nissan Altima. I pulled into traffic and caught up to the vehicle as we approached the 113-mile marker. I initiated a traffic stop with the Nissan Altima bearing Arkansas ATR28I (V1). V1 safely yielded to the right coming to a final stop on the right shoulder. I approached the passenger side of V1 and made contact with the driver, later identified as Devin Rash  where I explained who I was and the reason for the stop. Rash stated that he was not paying attention. While speaking with Rash, I observed a marijuana joint lying in the front passenger floorboard in plain sight along with a strong odor of marijuana emitting from insideV1.  At this point I knew I would be conducting a probable cause search of V1 and asked Rash if there were any guns inside V1.Rash responded with yes, there is a pistol under his seat. After obtaining this information, Rash was removed from V1 and detained. While speaking with Rash, I asked if there was any other marijuana inside the car. Rash responded with yes sir then stated he had 3 zips with him. A probable cause search of V1 was conducted. This search yielded a Glock 19 serial number BPNH585 lying in the driver floorboard, the marijuana joint lying in the front passenger floorboard and a clear bag of marijuana that was located inside a black bag located in the front passenger seat. After the search concluded, Rash was read his Miranda Rights and stated he understood. Rash agreed to continue speaking with me. Rash stated he came up to Little Rock to see his girlfriend and while here, he decided to purchase the marijuana that was located in the black bag. Later on, when the marijuana was weighed it came out to approximately 3.8 ounces or 108 grams.  Rash was transported to the Saline County Jail where he was charged with the following:5-64-436(b)(2): POSSESS W PURPOSE DEL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE SCHED VI 14g  4 oz27-51-201, 27-50-302(7): SPEEDING - MORE THAN 15 MPH OVER LIMIT27-37-702: NO SEATBELT
