On October 7, 2024, Lacey Police Officers responded to a traffic collision. Officer Riley noticed that the driver of the at-fault vehicle appeared to be intoxicated. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence. She then revealed that this was her 2nd DUI arrest. While performing computer checks, Officer Riley discovered that the woman was driving on a suspended license. At the police station, the woman submitted two breath samples and the results were 0.187% and 0.191% BAC. She was transported to the Nisqually Tribal Jail, where she bailed out the following date.
