Store employees report a couple allegedly loading multiple Red Bull containers/cases into carts and appearing to “stake out” the exit. Officers arrive as the suspects reportedly exit the store with unpaid Red Bull. The pair claims their Wegmans app wasn’t working and that they intended to pay.
