This documentary follows a night in the county booking room where the unexpected is the only constant. The night begins with a woman named Anita whose intoxicated state leads her to believe a mysterious figure in a monkey mask is stalking her home. As the officers process her, the reality of her neighborly harassment comes to light. The tension continues as Michael arrives, a man who believes he avoided a major crime by pulling over to sleep off his drinks, only to find himself facing the reality of life behind bars.
