A 26-year-old Karen was taken into custody after brandishing a Glock handgun equipped with a drum-style magazine at a McDonald’s drive-thru. The altercation began when she requested an Egg McMuffin—which was unavailable—and became irate, demanding the breakfast item anyway before pointing the firearm at the clerk. Body camera footage shows officers arresting her on charges of aggravated assault with a weapon and open carry of a weapon. Although she denies drawing the gun, surveillance video confirmed she aimed it at the cashier during the dispute.
