Bodycam footage from the Orlando Police Department in Florida shows how an entitled woman turned a simple trespass warning at a Greyhound bus station into multiple felony charges after she kicked an officer. On October 18, 2024, an officer responded to a call about a woman who had boarded a bus without a ticket and was refusing to leave the property. The officer spent a significant amount of time patiently explaining to the woman that she needed to leave or she would be arrested. She defiantly refused all lawful orders. When the officer finally informed her she was under arrest, she immediately became combative, pulling away and kicking the officer. This single act escalated a minor misdemeanor charge into felonies for Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and Resisting with Violence.
