After being arrested on May 31, 2024, Rusty says he missed his daughter’s graduation, lost his job, and had his CDL revoked for life. He is now appealing the decision while facing legal, medical, and other financial expenses. Rusty has launched a GoFundMe to help cover his legal fees, car and interlock expenses, medical costs, and basic living expenses while he continues his legal fight.
