According to Manheim Township (Pennsylvania) Police, Benny Xavier Pena-Rivera, 24, was charged with aggravated assault, evading arrest or detention on foot, resisting arrest, reckless driving, driving under suspension- DUI related and five counts of summary vehicle code violations after he assaulted the police chief and fled the scene during a traffic stop.
