On May 29, 2026, Rio Rancho Police Officer Roskos initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle allegedly speeding at 73 miles per hour (MPH) in a 55 MPH zone. The vehicle was being driven by a 32-year-old woman who claimed she just left a disastrous Tinder date. Officers verbalize to each other that they could see open containers of alcohol in the woman's car. She was instructed to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Rio Rancho Police Station, where she agreed to provide breath samples. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
