Police respond to a cell phone store after an intoxicated customer becomes upset over a dispute involving his account and a refund he believes he should receive. Officers initially give the man plenty of time to explain his concerns before speaking with store employees to hear their side of what happened. As the conversation continues, officers repeatedly try to explain what the store can address, where his fraud complaint would need to be reported, and why the business no longer wants him there. But the man continues challenging the explanations he’s given, and what started as a disagreement over a cell phone account becomes increasingly difficult for officers to resolve through conversation alone. Watch how repeated attempts to reason through the complaint gradually change the direction of this encounter. 🎥 Footage source: Uncovered (used for commentary and educational purposes) Original video: https://youtu.be/hTnl-xzIwdY?si=Q-X5ff2RDzw0airT 📣 For more real-world bodycam breakdowns and analysis, subscribe here: https://www.youtube.com/@BodycamBreakdownTV?sub_confirmation=1 #PoliceBodycam #StoreDisturbance #UncooperativeCustomer #BodycamFootage #BodycamBreakdownTV ⚖️ © Copyright Bodycam Breakdown TV.
