🚨 **Stolen Motorcycle Case Leads to Patrol Vehicle Theft & 130+ MPH Pursuit | Butler County, MO** A routine stolen vehicle investigation quickly escalated into a dangerous chain of events involving a foot chase, a stolen patrol vehicle, and a high-speed pursuit across multiple counties in Missouri. On July 21, 2024, troopers in Troop E were alerted to a stolen 2023 CF Moto 350 motorcycle entering **Butler County, Missouri** from **Stoddard County, Missouri**. Earlier, officers with **Dexter Police Department** had attempted to stop the motorcycle but were unable to detain the rider. The owner of the motorcycle actively tracked its location and provided real-time updates to law enforcement. Troopers later located the motorcycle at a residence on Maxie Place. As officers approached, the suspect — identified as **Andrew Carl Delcamp** — fled on foot. After a brief chase, he was taken into custody at approximately 11:41 AM. During questioning, Delcamp admitted he knew the motorcycle was stolen and claimed he received it from an acquaintance known for stealing bikes. While fleeing, he dropped a backpack containing methamphetamine, Xanax, a used syringe, and drug paraphernalia. He acknowledged ownership of the items and admitted to drug use. While seated in a patrol vehicle, Delcamp managed to slip one hand free from his handcuffs, climbed into the driver’s seat of a Missouri State Highway Patrol Ford Explorer, and drove away — nearly striking a trooper in the process. A second pursuit began as Delcamp fled north on Township Line Road, driving into oncoming traffic at dangerous speeds. He later entered **U.S. Route 67 in Missouri**, reaching speeds exceeding 130 MPH, before continuing into **Wayne County, Missouri**. Troopers deployed a tire deflation device near Route O, but Delcamp continued fleeing until he lost control on **Missouri Route 49** and ran off the roadway. He then fled into a wooded area on foot.
