📍 Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 📆 February 8, 2026 Palm Beach Gardens Police respond to J. Alexander’s after the restaurant manager reports a woman behaving strangely inside before finding her slumped over the steering wheel of a parked vehicle. When officers wake Jennifer, what begins as a welfare check quickly turns into a DUI investigation. Officers say she showed obvious signs of impairment, refused to get out of the vehicle, and later refused a breath test. Jennifer was arrested for DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing as a subsequent offense, and resisting an officer without violence. She was released from jail two days later after posting a $3,000 bond. Prosecutors ultimately took no action on the resisting charge. Jennifer pleaded guilty to DUI and refusal and was adjudicated guilty. She received 12 months of probation, a one-year driver’s-license revocation, six months with an ignition interlock, DUI school, community service and other DUI-related conditions. She was ordered to pay $1,667 in fines and court costs. This was Jennifer’s third DUI arrest. Body cam footage obtained through public records. AI used for thumbnail and voiceover assistance only. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
