UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS LOCATED A DISTURBANCE AT BUILDING F AND UPON APPROACHING DISPATCH ADVISED THE CALLER STATED, "SHE WAS GOING TO STAB HIM IF HE DIDN'T LEAVE". OFFICERS SAW THE FEMALE CALLER ON THE BALCONY AND SHE QUICKLY WENT INSIDE, SHUT AND LOCKED THE DOOR AND REFUSED TO ANSWER THE DOOR. OFFICERS KNOCKED SEVERAL TIMES AND ANNOUNCED THEMSELVES, THEY THEN HAD SECONDARY CALL BACK AND HAD HER OPEN THE DOOR. OFFICERS ASKED WHERE THE MALE WAS AND THE CALLER RUBY ESTER ADVISED HE LEFT. OFFICERS STATED THEY DIDN'T SEE HIM EXIT THE RESIDENCE ANYWHERE AND ASKED AGAIN. RUBY ADVISED THAT MICHAEL WHITE WAS INSIDE. OFFICERS ASKED HER WHERE AND IF HE WAS OKAY DUE TO DISPATCHED ADVISEMENT. RUBY DECLINED TO ANSWER BUT STATED HE TRIED JUMPING ON HER. WHITE DIDN'T ANSWER TO ANY CALL OUTS. OFFICERS MADE ENTRY TO LOCATE WHITE TO MAKE SURE HE WASN'T DEAD OR BLEEDING OUT. OFFICERS LOCATED WHITE INSIDE A CLOSET AND DETAINED HIM DUE TO HIDING AND ON THE ALLEGATIONS OF JUMPING ON RUBY. WHILE OFFICERS WALKED WHITE DOWN TO THE CARS, HE ATTEMPTED TO RUN WHILE IN CUSTODY AND FELL AFTER A FEW STEPS. OFFICERS THEN PICKED WHITE UP AND PLACED HIM INTO THE BACK OF A UNIT. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT BOTH PARTIES HAD ORDER OF PROTECTIONS PLACED AGAINST EACH OTHER. OFFICERS THEN PLACED RUBY INTO CUSTODY. BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO PCRJ WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
