Marion County, Florida - On October 20, 2025 police were on routine patrol when they was observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed with no lights on. Police initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and observed the vehicle run into the curb as it was pulling over. As officers approached the vehicle, the driver was confrontational. Officers were able to smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside the vehicle and observed an open alcoholic container in the center cup holder. The alcoholic container was an Icehouse beverage that stated "5/5% AIC/VOL". The beverage was open and was cold to the touch and had cold condensation on the outside of the can. Based on this information, the driver was instructed to turn the vehicle off and step out, which she did. She was informed that based on suspicions of DUI, police were requesting her to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Exercises (SFSE's). Based on their observations, police established probable cause to charge the driver under arrest for DUI. She was transported to the Marion County Jail without incident. Once at the jail, she agreed to provide a breath sample. The first breath sample she provided was, 0.134g/210L. The second sample Robinson provided was, 0.129g/210L.
