On 04/08/2025 at 7:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56-year-old male, Jose Vazquez of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,002.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Paterson, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Vazquez was also charged with shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Vazquez was additionally charged with shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] for a separate shoplifting incident that took place at CVS on 04/05/2025. Mr. Vazquez was issued both complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
