An entitled tourist gets into a confrontation with police outside a bar and refuses to walk away. After repeatedly getting in the officers' faces and recording them, he calls 911 to complain when an officer knocks his phone away. The officers repeatedly order him to hang up, but he refuses. When he continues using 911 to complain about the officers, he's arrested for misuse of 911. And that's when things go from stupid to worse as he resists and ends up on the ground. Sometimes the best move is knowing when to walk away. This guy didn't. Whose fault is that?
