On this episode, an officer is attempting to stop a vehicle for driving at 101 MPH on the freeway. The vehicle exits the freeway but takes any eternity to pull over. Once stopped the officer finds a woman driving with her teenage daughter in the front seat. The woman is slurring her words pretty bad and he has her get out. She says she has had a few tequila drinks and is headed home. After failing sobriety tests she seems to not understand what the officer is trying to read her. He has to read it to her 5 times because she doesn't understand what her "rights" are. He grows tired of this and she finally agrees to take a breathalyzer.
