On March 6, 2024, a stolen Ontario plate turns a Palm Coast U-Haul traffic stop into a much bigger problem. The van itself isn’t stolen, and Ryan says his boss can explain everything. Then Flagler County deputies find an Arizona U-Haul plate underneath. Ryan says another department already checked the same problem and let him go, but the owner they need to reach won’t answer. The police bodycam follows the roadside questions, the calls meant to check Ryan’s story, and the search that turns a confusing stolen-tag investigation into a meth bust.
