Police bodycam footage shows a retail theft investigation at an Ulta Beauty in Stuart, Florida, where officers answered a BOLO from Port St. Lucie and found a second suspect inside the store. On March 16, 2026, Stuart Police answered a BOLO from Port St. Lucie on a blue Toyota wanted in a shoplifting twenty minutes south. Martin County deputies already had the car and the driver but the driver wasn't who they were looking for. Inside, three products were missing their anti-theft sensors: $835 in hair extensions. Then officers ran the second suspect's name. Isabel Ramos Pardo, 33, had an open extraditable warrant out of Texas for organized retail theft, and officers learned she is a suspect in 59 other retail thefts totaling $63,198.
