Also recovered was a gun and an undisclosed amount of cannabis. The man was booked on the following charges: (1) Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer; (2) Driving While License Suspended or Revoked; (3) Aggravated Fleeing or Eluding with Injury or Damage; (4) Child Abuse without Great Bodily Harm; (5) Possession of Cannabis; (6) Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon; and (7) Resisting Officer without Violence. His case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
