During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male, Edgar Najera of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police, Resisting Arrest [2C:29-3A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Mr. Najera was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $7,500.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Najera was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #news #shoplift #walmart
